I’m an online personal trainer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, helping people lose body fat, build muscle, and stay consistent with their training and nutrition through personalised online coaching.

I work with clients across Ireland, the UK, and internationally, helping busy people achieve real, sustainable results. Every client receives a customised training and nutrition plan designed around their lifestyle, schedule, and individual goals.

Coaching includes ongoing support, regular check-ins, and personalised feedback to ensure progress stays on track. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and focused on helping you build habits that lead to long-term results.

I understand how busy everyday life can be and how difficult it can feel to balance work, family, training, and nutrition. My role as a coach is to remove the guesswork, provide structure, and guide you through a clear plan that helps you make consistent progress.

What is online personal training

Online personal training gives you a personalised training and nutrition plan designed around your lifestyle, schedule, and fitness goals.

You’ll receive ongoing support, regular feedback, and guidance to help you stay consistent and make steady progress.

What does online personal training involve?

Once you sign up, you’ll complete a lifestyle questionnaire. This gives me the information I need to design your personalised training and nutrition programme based on your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level.

You’ll also receive a detailed welcome pack covering key areas such as training, nutrition, sleep, stress management, hydration, and answers to common questions to help you get started properly.

Your programme is fully customised to help you improve your fitness and body composition in a structured and sustainable way.

From there, I’ll guide and support you throughout the process. Coaching includes weekly check-ins, personalised feedback, ongoing communication through in-app messaging or WhatsApp, and adjustments to your plan as you progress.

Your nutrition can be tracked through MyFitnessPal, and everything is managed through my coaching app to keep things organised and easy to follow.

How much does Online Personal Training cost?

Prices start from as little as £7 per day to work with me as your online personal trainer.

Compared with traditional one-to-one personal training, online coaching is a far more cost-effective way to receive professional guidance and ongoing support.

In cities like Belfast, personal training sessions typically cost between £35 and £50 per session. If you’re training two or three times per week, the cost can add up quickly.

Online coaching allows you to receive personalised training, nutrition guidance, regular feedback, and ongoing support, without the high cost of multiple weekly gym sessions.
